Editing PDF files is not an easy task, especially if you don’t have the right tools at hand. VeryPDF PDF Editor is one of these right tools. It is a multifunctional utility that allows viewing, editing and annotating PDF documents in an easy manner. It also allows creating new PDF files from images.
The thing that I like the most about VeryPDF PDF Editor is that it makes it really easy to edit any part of a PDF file. When I was using other tools, it took me quite a while to understand how to do that. With VeryPDF PDF Editor all I had to do was press the “Edit Content” button and select the element of the PDF that I wanted to modify. Then right-clicking it and selecting “Properties” from the context menu was the last thing I had to do before starting the actual editing of that part. The fact that VeryPDF PDF Editor is easy-to-use is not the only thing I like about it. I also appreciate that it offers quite a lot of features and functions. It will let you add annotations and comments to the PDF document, convert the PDF to text files or to images, view and edit the PDF metadata (title, keywords, author, etc.), add and edit bookmarks, and many more.
On the other hand, though it’s simple and intuitive, the interface looks rather unpolished. For example, there’s a large “Preferences” window that actually contains one single setting (a checkbox to enable or disable “smoothing”). This kind of things makes me question the professionalism behind the development of this tool. Considering its rather high price and its large number of direct competitors, I think it would be fair that every little aspect, such as this one presented above, would be treated with a lot of attention.
In an end note, VeryPDF PDF Editor is a decent tool that offers a lot of handy features and is simple to use. If you don’t care too much for details and you just want to quickly get things done, it could represent the best PDF editing option for you.
You can create, edit, convert, merge, watermark, compress and sign PDF files.
